Overview Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Area Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Leeds, Sheffield, Blackpool, Manchester & Liverpool area\'s, to assist our senior Area Manager with our on-site cleaning teams over a portfolio of around 12 prestige sites. Due to the different shift times within the portfolio, you must be available to work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week between the hours of 5am till 9pm. You will be responsible for 12 sites & roughly a team of 30 staff. This is a hands-on Area Cleaning Supervisor position, so experience in Supervision & Cleaning is required, however, full training & support will be provided. You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail. You must have a clean full UK Driving License. Responsibilities

Covering short notice sickness & holidays Planning Site visits. Planning staff holidays. Dealing with On-Site issues. Correcting issues. Completing On-Site cleaning Audits with our clients. Communication with our Clients. Visiting on On-Site cleaning teams. Communication with our Employees. Training new Employees. Refresher Training all employees. Be flexible on working times. Working closely with our Senior Area Manager.
