*The Role*

We are seeking an experienced *Area Cleaning Manager* to oversee cleaning operations at a key site in the Sydenham area of Belfast. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and lead cleaning and housekeeping teams to consistently meet and exceed service standards * Ensure compliance with company policies, site-specific requirements, and health & safety regulations * Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff * Monitor and manage team performance, attendance, and welfare * Develop and maintain rotas to cover a range of shifts, including day and evening work * Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives * Act as primary contact for client liaison to maintain strong working relationships

*Person Specification*

* Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role * Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities * Ability to work autonomously and prioritise multiple tasks * Flexibility to oversee and work across various shifts on a weekly basis * Full UK driving Licence
