About the Role

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and ensure a sparkling clean environment for our guests? As the Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional cleaning services while managing a dedicated team.

Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, your mission will be to execute daily operational plans, ensuring that tasks and objectives are met efficiently. You’ll be the driving force behind our team’s success, making sure they are in the right place at the right time to meet fluctuating guest demands while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction.

Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver outstanding experiences, all while focusing on our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach. You’ll hold the team accountable for meeting our high standards and coach them to excel.

This role requires flexibility, covering a 5-day working week over 7 days. At Butlin’s, no two days are the same, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize guest experience, we want to hear from you!

About You

We’re on the lookout for a passionate leader with previous experience in a similar cleaning environment. You’ll ensure our CAFF standards are met while driving improvements in both Guest and Employee NPS. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting quality control checks using our Mobaro system.
• Leading feedback conversations to foster team growth.
• Providing training and support to your team in a fun-filled environment.
• Managing the onboarding process for new team members and overseeing their entire employee lifecycle.
• Setting clear objectives and Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for your team.
• Upholding brand standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team.
• A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
• High standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
