Contract: Permanent | Type: Part-Time | Hours: 20 p/w | Pay: £15.93 | Location: Stevenage - Lister Hospital - East and North Herts

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work to their own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Be able to work to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
• Look for opportunities to develop the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services where possible.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
