This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.DutiesPerform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for cleaning and maintenance tasks.Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards.Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within specified timeframes.Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any shortages to management.Qualifications & SkillsLicence / Certification: Driving Licence (required)Languages: English (Required)Skills: Time management; Maintenance; Facilities maintenance; Custodial experience; Commercial cleaning; Communication skillsExperience: Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
