School Cleaner

Hours: 10 hours per week – Monday to Friday 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm 
Required to start as soon as possible
Salary NJC points 2 = £7,495 actual Term time plus 5 weeks (£28,221 FTE)

Our 2FE Academy has a friendly supportive atmosphere where children can grow and develop into confident young people nurtured by a committed team of staff. Our close links with All Saints Church foster a sense of belonging to the local community and provide a foundation based on Christian values.

We have supportive parents who are interested in their children’s learning and a committed and engaged governing body. We have an active and successful Parent, Teacher Association which raises a large amount of money for the school each year. The PTA organises social and fund raising events for the whole school community.

The school’s last Ofsted inspection, in October 2019, judged the school as good in all areas and our SIAMS inspection September 2019 (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) judged our school as excellent.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic cleaner to join our premises team who take pride in the cleanliness of the school.

The post is from 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday – term time only plus 5 weeks accumulated time for the deep clean during the Easter and summer holidays.

We are looking to appoint an excellent practitioner who:

-is able & prepared to work as part of a team
- has pride in ensuring our premises are cleaned to a high standard – full training provided
- is committed to developing good working relationships with: children, staff, parents and outside agencies
