Residential Support Worker Durham Our client is looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to join their team. This is a full-time role within the children's residential home, supporting young people who may face challenging behaviours and emotional struggles. As a Support Worker, you will: Assist children with everyday life activities. Support school runs and community activities. Help young people develop life skills and work towards independence.
