Residential Home Manager

Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for an Experienced Residential Home Manager in the Bradford area on a permanent basis. The position the Experienced Residential Home Manager will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centred care to all residents.
The Residential Home Manager must also hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and an in-depth knowledge of CQC as well as being willing to get the Registered Manager status as well as a high level of experience in Learning Disabilities.
The Residential Home Manager will be responsible for:
Provide strong leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence. Ensure the care home operates in full compliance with CQC standards and other relevant legislation. Manage and monitor care delivery to ensure it meets residents individual needs and preferences. Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and development of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Lead on safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and risk management within the home. Monitor occupancy levels and promote the home to prospective residents and families.
The Residential Home Manager will need: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent (required) Proven experience in managing a care home or similar care setting. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and best practice in elderly or specialist care Experience in working with adults with Learning Disabilities
