The Role

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Experience supporting children or young people in residential care OR at least 6 months of UK experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behaviours
A calm, caring, and proactive approach to support
Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (desirable but not essential)
