As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the immaculate standards of our public areas, ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assist with any additional housekeeping duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. What you Need: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the guest experience. Strong organisational and communication skills.
