We’re currently seeking a Production Operative to join a respected and long-standing manufacturing business based in Maldon

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a production or operative role within electronics or a clean room-type environment.

You’ll work across various types of production equipment in a dynamic and supportive setting. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating both manual and automated test handlers.

* Operating tape and reel machines.

* Perform visual inspection and quality checks using microscopes and other tools.

* Recording data related to process conditions and equipment status

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with cleanroom standards.

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

* Experience in semiconductor, PCB, electronics, or clean room environments preferred, but not essential.

* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

* Methodical approach and good accuracy.

* Good eyesight and manual dexterity for handling small components.

* Must be a driver due to the location.
