We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our Water Consultancy business. As a Project Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a project team focused on delivering pressure management solutions, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.

About The Team:

RPS Water Consulting comprises Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts providing Asset Management and Operational Strategy development for Water Industry clients, supporting business planning and delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of modellers/engineers to deliver multiple projects meeting client satisfaction and project objectives.
• Scope surveys, build and verify models, develop solutions, analyze results, and report findings.
• Manage resource utilization, project timelines, costs, quality, and change control.

You will also be responsible for:

• Leading large project teams to deliver work to clients.
• Supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and participating in safety initiatives.
• Delivering pressure management schemes aligned with client standards.

Take responsibility for:

• Feasibility studies, asset assessments, report and drawing preparation.
• Survey scoping, scheduling, and liaising with survey teams.
• Managing project changes and client communications.

About You:

• Degree (Level 6) in a relevant discipline; postgraduate (Level 7+) and Chartered Membership preferred.
• Proficient in MS 365 and network modelling applications (e.g., InfoWorks, SynerGEE).
• Experience with GIS software (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS).
