The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team in a firm known for its friendly culture and quality of work. You will handle a broad caseload of residential property matters including: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) Re-mortgages Transfers of equity Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes Land Registry applications and associated legal work

About You: You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a seat in Residential Property (or equivalent experience) Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in property law Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload
