Lead Mobile Cleaner needed in Winsford Paying £12.55 per hr ref 367570 Full time hours on a temporarybasis We are looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaner (Mobile Team Leader) to join our team. This hands-on role involves supervising cleaning staff across multiple sites, ensuring service levels are met, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support cleaning staff, providing training and first-line supervision. Deliver cleaning services in line with service level agreements. Manage rotas and cover for sickness/holidays. Monitor attendance and report absences. Conduct deep cleans and respond to emergency cleaning needs. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. Report equipment faults and procurement needs. Complete inductions for new starters. Perform manual handling tasks and travel between sites.
