We''re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You''ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury''s store, but you''ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself. You''ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly. You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs. Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you''ll be on top of monitoring and managing this - not just for yourself, but for all others on site. That might sound a bit daunting, but don''t worry - we''ll provide you with all the equipment and support you need. Responsibilities

Supervise the cleaning team to deliver high-quality service in a retail environment Carry out cleaning tasks as required Recruit, train and develop the Cleaning team Plan rotas and work patterns; manage timesheets for correct pay Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site

Qualifications

Experience as a team manager in a fast-paced retail setting Experience of cleaning and related operations Experience with stock management, time recording, and employee relations (investigations, disciplinaries, performance management)
