Supervise the Cleaning team to deliver a high-quality cleaning service in a retail environment, while carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself. Recruit and train the Cleaning team, plan rotas and work patterns, and complete timesheets so staff are paid correctly. Maintain flexibility with working times to meet business needs. Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site, providing equipment and support as needed. Ensure stock management and time recording are handled in previous roles; handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Experienced team manager with a background in cleaning, and experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong focus on Health & Safety and the ability to lead a team effectively.
