We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.
You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
You'll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.
You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you'll be on top of monitoring and managing this - not just for yourself, but for all others on site. That might sound a bit daunting, but don't worry - we'll provide you with all the equipment and support you need.
Responsibilities
Supervise the team delivering a high-quality cleaning service in a retail environment; carry out some cleaning tasks yourself as needed.
Assist with recruiting and training the Cleaning team, planning rotas and work patterns, and completing timesheets.
Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site.
Ensure equipment and supplies are available and used properly with support provided as needed.
In previous roles, be responsible for stock management and time recording, as well as employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
Qualifications & Experience
Experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with cleaning experience.
Experience in stock management and time recording.
Experience dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
Flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
