Job Title: Cleaner

Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications: - Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
