Job Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor based in Dover, NH, you will:

Work Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 3 AM. Lead and manage field staff operations to ensure services meet high-quality standards. Act as a communication link between management and field employees to streamline effective operations. Oversee scheduling, job completion, and adherence to time-tracking systems. Respond promptly to field workers regarding absences or job-related concerns. Document daily project instructions and completion notes in the operations system. Visit client locations to ensure satisfaction and proper procedures. Provide transportation assistance to employees if necessary. Monitor and adjust deployment schedules, including emergency procedures. Generate and share detailed reports on job progress and completion. Assist with payroll duties to ensure accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tools and workspaces. Stay updated on company changes and attend relevant meetings and training sessions. Uphold compliance with safety regulations and assist in implementing new safety measures where needed. Represent the company professionally and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
