Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will preform a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our factory. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, using Industrial Sweepers and Vacuums. Removal of the waste material (swarf) that is produced by the machines. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members Clean down of Factory Machinery. General repairs around the factory. Requirements Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Good organisational skills with the capability to manage your time. Ability to work independently. Previous experience is not needed as training is provided.
