Evening Cleaner – Excellent rate of pay – Duxford – Part Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:30 – 19:30, 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week. Plus opportunities for overtime when cover is required.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities in an office environment including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning the wash rooms.

You will also:

  • Ensure that all areas of the office are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • Wipe and dust/polish all furniture and equipment
  • Thoroughly clean wash basins, toilet cubicles and all toilet fittings
  • Transport waste to designated disposal or recycling area
  • Ensure cleaning cupboards are kept tidy
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times

    • To succeed in this Evening Cleaner role you will need:

  • Cleaning experience is preferred but training will be provided
  • A valid driving licence
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • An enthusiastic approach to multiple tasks
  • Education to at least National Level 1 e.g. GCSEs grades D-G
