GBRS are currently looking for a Commercial Cleaning Area Manager to work with our client in Swindon.
What You'll Do
Manage multiple commercial cleaning contracts
Conduct site visits, audits, and quality checks in the Swindon, Bristol and Bath area
Lead inductions, training, and staff support
Build relationships with clients and respond to service issues
Support operational growth alongside the Ops Director
Requirements
Experience in cleaning, facilities, or soft FM (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
This is a fulltime, permanent position where you will work a 40 hour week with a company car provided.
