Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out. *Cleaning Waste Operative - Temp position * *FULL DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL* *Job Title: Waste Cleaning Operative, Silverburn Shopping Centre, G53 6AG* *Shift pattern: - 6am/2pm & 2pm/10pm working 5days over 7days to include weekends.* *Reports to: Supervisor* *40hrs per week * *Key Duties and Responsibilities:* * Dealing with the waste collection and recycling needs in a busy Shopping Centre * Carrying out reactive tasks when and where the business requires * Providing a customer friendly atmosphere towards all our customers * To ensure high standards of cleaning are maintained. * To work in accordance with Company Health and Safety Procedures, adopting safe systems of work. * To check equipment prior to use and report defective equipment to a member of Management. * To report any hazardous or potentially hazardous situation to a member of Management. * Operate equipment for which you will be given full training or have been given full instructions. * To ensure that all hazardous substances are handled in a safe and responsible manner. * Knowledge of COSHH regulations (would be an advantage) We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Waste Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient collection and management of waste materials, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
