About The RoleTC Facilities Management are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to manage an on-site cleaning team of 20 people in a busy distribution centre.Location: NW10 7FWSalary: £14.13 per hourWorking hours: 5/7 days flexible shiftsBasis: Temporary/Permanent contractExperience: Previous experience in an FM Supervisor capacity and able to demonstrate strong team management skillsWhat will you be doing?Supervise a team of multi-service operatives and ensure service delivery standards are met and audits passedManage any on-site cleaning and waste operative dutiesComplete decontamination cleans as and when requestedDevelop and maintain the relationship with the customerTo complete and sign off all necessary paperworkEnsure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used in a safe mannerAll periodical cleans are completed to the required specificationEnsure shift handover books are completed and handed overManage first-stage HR and Employee relations issuesTrain and induct all staff in their rolesManage staff training and ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety and COSHHHave responsibility for the Health, Safety, and Welfare of self and others and comply at all times with the requirements of Health and Safety RegulationsYou will need to complete a DBS to be successful for this role.
