Our Client is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor, for a Sheffield School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day cleaning service for the site ensuring all areas are cleaned to the requirements in the specification Working 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday 20 hours a week Key Responsibilities Ensure general and periodic cleaning tasks are carried out to the standards required in accordance with the specifications, method statements, service level agreements and key performance indicators Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety Regulations Maintain appropriate records, manual and computerised, for all cleaning works Produce daily and periodic cleaning schedules for cleaning staff Complete weekly timesheets and submit to the Facilities Manager Carry out stock checks of consumables, place orders Manage annual leave requests and sickness absence Assist in undertaking health and safety risk assessments on the cleaning functions Wear protective clothing and uniform as issued Ensure the correct procedures and policies are followed at all times Monitor and control quality of work carrying out monthly perfo...
