These are long-term, consistent opportunities for professional and reliable contractors who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. *1. Cleaning Supervisor (Subcontractor Role)* *Overview:* We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage a small team of cleaning operatives on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, managing daily task allocation, and supporting the smooth running of operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and support a team of 12 cleaners * Allocate daily duties and ensure quality standards are met * Conduct regular inspections and address any issues * Manage rotas, holiday requests, and sickness cover * Assist with recruitment and training of new staff * Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment levels * Lead briefings and ensure safety procedures are followed *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a cleaning supervisory role * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good knowledge of health & safety in a cleaning environment * Full, clean UK driving licence * Must be self-employed or operate via a limited company * Enhanced DBS and two references required *2. Cleaner (Subcontractor Role)* *Overview:* We are also seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to carry out general cleaning duties throughout the site. This role is perfect for a contractor who values consistency and professionalism. *Key Responsibilities:* * Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets, and staff areas * Complete all assigned tasks within the shift time * Follow health and safety procedures and site protocols * Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor * Maintain a professional attitude while working on-site *Requirements:* * Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated * Able to work independently or as part of a small team * Must be self-employed or operate via a limited company * Enhanced DBS and two references required *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly rate: *£12.00 – £14.00 per hour* * Long-term, consistent contract (Term Time + 3 Weeks) * Full site induction and operational support * Branded uniform provided * Free on-site parking *Interested?* To apply or learn more, please get in touch.
