About the Role Within the position of Cleaning Supervisor, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Lead and support the cleaning team in delivering high-quality housekeeping services at a busy client office Manage rotas, schedules, employee cover, and ensure consistent service through effective planning Oversee cleaning standards, equipment, supplies, and compliance with health & safety policies Drive continuous improvement by introducing best practices and managing periodic specialist cleans About You As the Cleaning Supervisor , you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients.
