Times:

Monday to Thursday - 4 hours per day - 4pm - 8pm or 5pm - 9pm / Friday - 3 hours - 4-6 pm

Extra hour per week utilised for extra jobs (on day of choosing)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Assist with specialised cleaning projects as required
• Provide excellent customer service by responding politely and professionally to client requests or concerns
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning operations

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills are necessary to coordinate tasks efficiently and address client needs effectively
• Customer service experience is beneficial, demonstrating a friendly and professional approach in interactions with clients and colleagues
