As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic, welcoming, and presentable. You'll work closely with a team that values quality and efficiency, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitise restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Empty waste bins and recycle materials appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve the best results.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying shifts.
