You will oversee all cleaning duties carried out by your team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and other areas.Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and recruitment.Identifying training needs, conducting training, and maintaining training records.Handling investigations related to accidents or disciplinary issues.Monitoring cleaning product stock levels and submitting orders within budget.Candidate RequirementsRight to work in the UK.Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field is desirable.Skills in staffing, rotas, training, and HR compliance.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and be flexible with hours.How To ApplyIf interested, click apply and register your interest.
