*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our Letting agency business looking after properties in Barnsley & Doncaster. Cleaning in our Pontefract premises may be required. Mileage will be paid as agreed prior to employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients and the public while performing your duties. A strong drive to deliver high-quality work and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for success in this position.

*Duties* * Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including Bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, communal spaces and light garden work. * Ensure all surfaces and windows are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised according to established protocols. * Ironing * Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times.

*Experience* * Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. * A proactive attitude with a drive to achieve high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
