Position: Cleaner

Location: Colindale Gardens

Working Hours: week 1 Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 , Sunday 08:00 - 13:00, week 2 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: £26,265

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role will be based at a new residential development located in the heart of North West London with circa 1500 residential units and will benefit from various amenities including an onsite gym and retail facilities. The development is located close to Colindale underground station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
  • You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
  • your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
