£26,000 Main Responsibilities Clean communal areas of the development to a high standard. Follow introduced routine to ensure cleaning is undertaken to a high standard and deep cleaning is carried out regularly (steam clean carpets and cleaning windows internally). Clean window sills and skirting boards Clean touch pads, door handles and etc Report defects / incidents (either observed or reported) to the Building manager.
