We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests professionally.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
*Skills*
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently..
