This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. *Responsibilities* * Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. * Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required. * Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. * Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests professionally. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. *Skills* * Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. * Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently.. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and integrity in all tasks.
