This attractive, family-owned Care Home is currently recruiting for friendly Cleaners and Laundry Assistants to join their staff team. As a Cleaner you will contribute to the provision of a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, visitors and staff by providing domestic services that ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

You will assist with the day to day cleaning of the home, for example lounges, hallways and resident’s rooms, whilst always respecting the privacy and individual needs of the residents. As a part of your role you will ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal Cleaner / Domestic Assistant candidate will have some prior experience as a Cleaner or similar role within a care home or hospital environment, although this is not essential. You should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within the care home alongside a variety of people.
