Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer to a high standard.
• Ensure contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
• Contribute to maintaining the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude.
• Be capable of working to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
