SEN School Caretaker / Cleaner
Location: Chester
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday – 08:30am to 15:30pm
Pay Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience

About the Role:
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker / Cleaner to join our team at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school based in Chester. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of classrooms, toilets, and communal areas
  • Light maintenance and general caretaking duties
  • Ensuring the school grounds are clean and safe
  • Reporting any maintenance issues promptly
  • Supporting with setting up rooms for activities or events as required

    • Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Previous experience working in a school environment is preferable but not essential
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
