Cleaner and Housekeeper

Chillpads are an expanding accommodation provider around the Sefton Park area, we currently require 2 new "cleaning fairies" for our rooms and apts. Our "Cleaning Fairies" will need to be able to work independently, have a can do attitude to your work and be able to work well with other members of the team. This position would suit a hard working cleaner with excellent communication skills. Crucial for this role is having your own transport and a full driving license.

No previous experience as a fairy is necessary!!!

Provide a comprehensive cleaning service to our tenants and guests.

Work closely with our Property Manager to clean and resolve reported issues inside the accommodation in a timely manner.

Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards.

Liaising with Property Managers daily to ensure that all scheduled jobs are completed and regular updates are provided.

Keep an inventory and monthly audit of all cleaning tools and equipment.

Communicate with clients in a professional manner. Key skills

Good interpersonal/communication skills as this will be a tenant facing role. Carry out cleans in an efficient and safe manner. Ability to work to deadlines. Good organisational skills. Work well as part of a team. Must have a full UK driving licence.

Hours

10am - 2pm Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri (16 Hours in total)
