Based in SW6 area of Wandsworth in South West London with standard hours 37.5 hours Monday-Friday (9am-5pm). Main duties will include cleaning and maintaining of; Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture
Scheme entrance areas
Office spaces
Communal living areas
Laundry room
Toilets
Empty flats
Emptying of internal and external bins
In addition, assisting customer and visitors with general queries and supporting the Scheme Coordinator with social events as required. What you need:
Experience of dealing with customers / embers of the public on a face to face basis
Experience of providing a cleaning service
Knowledge of Health and Safety applicable to providing a cleaning service
Effective communication skills
Able to respond to emergency situations As this job is based in a supported housing project for vulnerable clients, a criminal records background check is required.
