Clean Energy Construction: Senior Associate/Managing Associate - Bristol/London

We are looking for a talented Clean Energy Construction lawyer to join our busy team. Candidates should be 4-7 yrs PQE and must have at least 4 years of construction, commercial and/or projects experience within the clean energy sector, although we would also welcome applications from those with transactional experience within the sector.

This role can be based either in Bristol or London, and will be supported by a wider sector team of approximately 90 lawyers in other practice areas across our 13 offices including, real estate, corporate, finance, environment, planning and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will be working on matters including:

• BESS Supply Agreements (including with major world-renowned BESS manufacturers)
• EPC contracts
• O&Ms & LTSAs
• Component Warranties
• Clean energy project developments, acquisitions and disposals

Familiarity with technologies including BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure and/or district heating would also be an advantage.
