Job summary

The person appointed will be responsible to the Community Centres & Halls Supervisors for a wide range of duties primarily in connection with the Community Centres and Halls throughout the Borough of Ards and North Down.

Caretaker/Cleaner Community Halls
• These are permanent part-time posts paying £13.45 per hour. They are available at various Community Halls / Centres throughout the Borough - please refer to the attached documents for contract information, locations and sample rotas.
• x1 permanent, Term Time part time post (average 20 hours per week, 10 months of the year - Kircubbin Community Centre) 
• x1 permanent, Term Time part time post (average 16 hours per week, 10 months of the year - Manor Court Community Centre)

Casual Caretaker/Cleaner Community Halls
Opportunities are also available for Casual Caretaker/Cleaner positions to cover ad hoc hours across our sites which include: Ballygowan, Bangor, Carrowdore, Comber, Conlig, Donaghadee, Groomsport, Holywood, Kircubbin, Newtownards, Portaferry and Portavogie.​​​​​​​
