This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working early mornings and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitise all areas of the bar, including floors, toilets, seating areas, and behind the bar

*

Clear away bottles, glasses, and other waste from the previous night’s service

*

Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, tables, and bar counters

*

Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained

*

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

*

Ensure the venue is clean, presentable, and ready for the next day of service

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or bar environments

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

*

Comfortable working unsupervised in early morning hours

*

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

*

Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
