Role Overview

We are looking for a Graduate or Assistant Cleanwater Modeller to join our team, supporting the analysis, reporting, and hydraulic modelling of clean water network performance. The role involves handling regulatory and operational data to assess customer supply interruptions and network behaviour, contributing directly to performance improvements and compliance reporting. This fully remote position includes occasional visits (approximately once per month) to a client site in the South West, with travel expenses fully covered.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse water supply events to assess duration, extent, and customer impact in line with regulatory expectations Compile, validate, and report monthly performance data related to supply interruptions Liaise with operational and compliance teams to verify data and support incident reviews Assist with cleanwater hydraulic modelling activities using InfoWorks WS Pro (or similar) Maintain and improve cleanwater network datasets Monitor customer contact data, pressure, and flow trends to identify and investigate anomalies Support development of impr...
